Subscription & Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Brookby Herbs, selected products are available on a Subscribe & Save basis. This allows you to receive your chosen product automatically at a regular interval, with a subscription discount applied.
How subscriptions work
When you choose Subscribe & Save, your selected product will be automatically reordered and charged according to the delivery frequency you choose.
Available delivery options may include:
- Every 4 weeks
- Every 6 weeks
- Every 8 weeks
- Every 12 weeks
The available options may vary depending on the product.
Subscription discount
Subscription orders receive the discount shown on the product page at the time you subscribe.
For example, if the product page shows Subscribe & Save 10%, that discount will apply to each recurring subscription order while the subscription remains active.
Brookby Herbs may change subscription offers in future, but any current subscription will continue under the terms shown when you subscribed unless you make changes to your subscription.
Automatic payments
By starting a subscription, you authorise Brookby Herbs to charge your saved payment method automatically for each recurring order.
You will be charged before each subscription order is processed and dispatched.
Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription through your customer account or subscription
Brookby Herbs may change subscription offers in future, but any current subscription will continue under the terms shown when you subscribed unless you make changes to your subscription management link.
You may be able to:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip an upcoming order
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel your subscription
- Update your payment method
- Update your shipping address
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next order is processed.
There are no cancellation fees.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot usually be cancelled, but our standard returns and guarantee policy may still apply.
Shipping
Subscription orders are subject to our usual shipping rates and delivery terms.
New Zealand urban delivery starts from $8.50. Free NZ urban delivery may apply over the current free-shipping threshold. Rural delivery surcharges may apply.
Shipping rates and thresholds may change from time to time.
Product availability
Subscription products are subject to availability.
If a subscription product is temporarily unavailable, we may contact you to arrange a delayed shipment, replacement option, or cancellation of that order.
Failed payments
If your payment fails, you may receive a notification asking you to update your payment details.
If payment cannot be completed, your subscription order may be delayed or cancelled.
Changes to your subscription
You are responsible for keeping your shipping address, email address and payment details up to date.
Brookby Herbs is not responsible for orders sent to an old address if your subscription details were not updated before the order was processed.
Refunds and guarantee
Subscription orders are covered by our usual Brookby Herbs guarantee and returns policy.

Subscription emails
We may send you emails relating to your subscription, including order confirmations, payment notices, renewal reminders, shipping updates and subscription management information.
These are service messages connected to your subscription. Marketing emails are managed separately and can be unsubscribed from at any time. New Zealand anti-spam guidance distinguishes factual subscription/account messages from commercial marketing messages.
