Shipping policy
We always aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Orders that come through on the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.
New Zealand delivery
NZ Urban Delivery is $8.50 for orders under $150.
NZ Rural Delivery is $14.50 for orders under $150.
Orders over $150 receive free NZ urban delivery. Rural orders over $150 have a $6 rural delivery surcharge.
Please select the rural option at checkout if your address is rural. Rural delivery may take 3–5 business days.
New Zealand Orders
We use both NZ Post and couriers for delivery depending on your location. All rural deliveries are sent by NZ Post and we deliver to P.o Boxes.
If a rural address is entered with urban delivery selected, we may contact you for the difference before dispatch.
Please allow additional days for rural deliveries. If you have a friend in a non-rural address feel free to get your parcel sent there for a lower postage price.
Christmas time always incurs delays due to large volumes.
From time to time we may use alternative delivery methods but this will not impact the shipping charges.
Delivery for all international orders
If you are choosing an item and delivering to a New Zealand address the local freight rates apply.
Shipping is calculated at check-out depending on your location.
Orders should arrive in approximately 10-15 working days of dispatch but could take longer depending on location. Overseas orders may not be trackable depending on location.
